The ideal candidate will be available to work full time hours during school breaks, and approximately 15 to 20 hours per week during the school year.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers and answering inquires pertaining to any of our supported telecommunications and computing platforms; Research questions using a variety of manuals and resources; Provide phone/email support for hardware, software, network and telecommunications issues; Analyze calls to determine patterns and system problems; Receive Inquiries/Issues related to analog and digital phone usage and contact appropriate support to resolve service issues; Perform system installations/maintenance duties as needed; Carry/transport Personal Computers, terminals, servers, printers and other equipment as needed.
Experience: Must be able to communicate effectively; follow departmental procedures and maintain/create documentation as needed; Above average computer skills; Strong analytical skills; A high degree of confidentially and attention to detail; Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.

The candidates will participate in Orrstown Bank’s Management Training Program, which is approximately six to nine months in duration, to study and learn the various areas of the financial services industry. The incumbent will be exposed to and learn a variety of management functions while spending time in numerous departments.
Experience: The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team; Must enjoy working with people, be conscientious, prompt and courteous; Strong problem solving and decision making ability required; High degree of confidentiality, discretion, and attention to detail.
