As a Management Trainee you will participate in a six to nine month training program to study and learn the various areas of the financial services industry. At the conclusion of the training program you will be placed in a Credit/Commercial Loan Operations role.

The successful Management Trainee candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; ability to work independently, as well as part of a team; possess problem solving and decision making abilities; high degree of confidentiality, discretion, and attention to detail; be sales oriented and/or have knowledge of business operation, possess a minimum of an associate’s degree in an appropriate major. Prior banking experience is preferred, but not required.
