Located at the Chambersburg Operations Center, the Electronic Services Manager will be responsible for managing, implementing and upgrading the Online, Telephone and Mobile Banking, Cash Management Services, Automated Clearing House, Remote Deposit Capture, ATM and Card Operations functions including insuring compliance with all associated regulations; Responsible for insuring compliance with all regulations affecting the electronic banking areas including: Wire Transmissions, ACH, Internet Banking, ACH and Wires, Credit Cards, ATM/Debit Cards, Gift Cards, Merchant Point of Sale (POS) Processing, and Remote Deposit Capture Processing; Manage and mitigate risks related to the services outlines for the department; developing and implementing policies and procedures for the bank; developing, documenting, and providing training for the appropriate Bank staff; providing direct customer service as necessary and providing guidance for the sales effort of supported applications.
A College degree in Business Administration and/or a combination of formal education and five (5) years equivalent experience.
Excellent reading, writing, and mathematical skills; Proficient interpersonal, communication, and team building skills; Above Average decision making and analytical skills; Strong customer service skills; Demonstrated management/supervisory/leadership skills; Proficient knowledge of computers, Internet, mobile banking, cardholder functions, and related programs that are required to supervise the department.
A minimum of five (5) years experience in Electronic Banking Operations; Strong working knowledge of the regulations effecting Wire Transmissions, Cash Management Services, Automated Clearing House and Card Operations; Prior experience in developing, documenting, and providing training for electronic banking systems; Experienced in providing direct customer services, direct sales efforts, implementing innovative mobile, internet, and telephone banking applications; Implementation of strategic corporate objectives relating to mobile, web and other electronic banking products. Management/supervisory/leadership experience. Experience with AS400 Query, SEQUEL, and Crystal Report Writer; Experience with Federal Reserve Wire and ACH processing, Jack Henry Silverlakes, Passport, NetTeller, GoDough Mobile Banking, Positive Pay, Elan Card and ATM Processing.
