Located at the Chambersburg Operations Center, the Training Associate will have responsibility for planning, developing, coordinating and delivering comprehensive training programs. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to analyzing training sources, both internal & external; Develop training programs based upon the needs of the business; and plan, coordinate, and deliver training courses.
A College Degree with a major in Education or Business Administration is preferred.
Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to organize, develop, and follow through to completion of assignments; Ability to apply the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) to program initiatives; Ability to develop learning strategies using multiple approaches in the design, development, and delivery of training programs; Excellent oral/written communication skills; Excellent project development skills; Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, www research protocols); Good analytical skills; Ability to work well in a team based environment; Ability to prepare detailed reports; and possess a valid driver’s license.
A minimum of two (2) years applicable experience (preferably in the financial services industry) in establishing training needs and following through with the design, development, delivery, and program effectiveness evaluations.
This is a Full Time opportunity and averages 40 to 45 hours per week.
