Description:
Located at the Camp Hill Branch, the Administrative Assistant - Investment Services will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to Investment Advisors to include, but not limited to processing and opening new Broker-Dealer accounts; Place trades with brokerage companies and mutual funds; Schedule client appointments and respond to client inquires; Prepare client reports, performance spreadsheets and investment hypothetical scenarios; and provide administrative support.
Education & Training:
A high school diploma or equivalent, with a Series 7/63 License preferred.
Experience:
1 to 2 years experience in a related administrative role, preferably within the financial services industry.
Skills:
Proficient reading, writing, grammar, mathematic, analytical and above average computer skills; Proficient interpersonal and communicative skills; Possess a high degree of confidentially, be detail orientated, and have the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team; and possess a valid driver's license.
