Located at the Seven Gables Branch in Carlisle, the Branch Executive Officer will be responsible for managing the Branch Office to include, but not limited to; Supervising branch personnel; Meeting the financial services and needs of the customer and community while achieving profitability objectives and goals; Processing of loans; Maintain and develop business and social contacts within the branch’s marketing area; Participate effectively in the bank’s sales/marketing programs; Ensure all office operations are performed in accordance with bank policies and procedures; Conduct regular staff/sales meetings; Actively participate in the community; Maintain a thorough knowledge of bank products and services; Prepare and provide reports as requested.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; Visual and auditory skills; Proficient and demonstrated interpersonal relations and management skills; Sales and business development skills; Consumer, Installment, and Mortgage Lending experience; Proficient computer skills; a Valid driver’s license; and the ability to lift up to fifty (50) lbs.
A minimum of three (3) years applicable experience is required.
This is a Full Time opportunity and averages a minimum of 45 hours per week. The candidate must be available to work any hours between 8am and 6pm Monday through Friday, and 8am to noon on Saturday's.
