Located at the Chambersburg Operations Center the Merchant & ACH Support Specialist will establish and maintain professional business relations with new and existing merchant customers. Perform installation and training. Serve as support to ACH / Wires and Electronic Banking, with a concentration on Merchant Services for internal and external customers for those systems.
Responsible for balancing various reports, processes work required for the Merchant, ATM/Debit Card, and ACH / Wires Systems.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
Excellent mathematical, communication, analytical, and customer service skills. Understanding principles of accounting/balancing procedures. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong data entry skills, and telephone skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. A Valid driver’s license; and the ability to lift up to fifty (50) lbs.
Prior work which required balancing of various accounts with a knowledge of how to establish balancing procedures. Prior work with the Merchant POS, Internet Cash Management, and Remote Deposit is preferred. Proven customer service experience.
This is a Full Time opportunity and averages 38 to 40 hours per week.
