A graduate of Shippensburg High School, Paul went on to earn dual degrees in management and economics at Taylor University, and also graduated from Indiana University (Indianapolis) with his Masters of Business Administration. Paul serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for both the South Central Pennsylvania Estate Planning Council and the Shippensburg Public Library.
