Orrstown Bank proactively works to protect your information.
To ensure a safe and secure online banking experience, we have several security measures in place to protect personal information. Users are required to enter their own unique User Name and Password into the Secure Socket Layer (SSL)-protected user login area to authenticate to the Bank’s online banking.

Online Banking will allow you to establish a complex password which is one containing numbers and characters making it more difficult for others to guess.

Upon first-time login, all users are prompted to select a unique photo image that will display on the password entry page and subsequent pages within their online banking session. There are thousands of photos to choose from and you should always verify our unique image prior to entering your account password.

Finally, you will be asked to establish challenge and response questions which the system will prompt you to answer should certain patterns of your online use change such as changes in your internet service provider, changes in your browser settings and performing higher risk transactions such as establishing a new bill payment payee.
