Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program for more than five
years, and gave a total of $124,000 to various local educational
organizations in 2010. On February 15, 2011 Thomas R. Quinn, Jr.,
President and CEO of Orrstown Bank, was pleased to present Noel Purdy,
Vice President of the Greater Chambersburg Chamber Foundation, with a
$15,000 EITC donation.
