Commercial Lending Promotions
Jeff Gayman, Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer of Orrstown Bank is pleased to announce the following promotions:
Chad Rydbom has accepted role of Vice President & Business Development Officer for the Shippensburg Region. Chad began his career with Orrstown Bank in January 2003 as a Management Trainee. In June 2003 he was promoted to Credit Analyst, and in 2005 promoted to a Senior Credit Analyst. In 2006 Chad assumed the role of Loan Review Officer, and in 2008 promoted to his most recent role of AVP, Loan Review Officer. Chad is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
Angela Tatum has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Business Development Officer for the Bank’s West Shore region. Angela joined Orrstown Bank in 2002 as a Pool Teller. In 2006 Angela was promoted to Commercial Lending Assistant, and in 2007 promoted to Commercial Services Specialist. In January of 2008 she was promoted to Business Banking Officer for the West Shore Market, and in September 2010 she assumed the position of Commercial Loan Officer for the West Shore Market. Angela obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Shippensburg University.
Colby Windholz has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Business Development Officer for the Bank’s Carlisle region. Colby was hired in July of 2007 as a Management Trainee. Upon completion of the Management Trainee Program he was promoted to Business Banking Officer for the Carlisle Market, and in September 2010 was promoted to Commercial Loan Officer. Colby has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Spanish from Shippensburg University.
Mr. Gayman commented, “It is my honor to congratulate these three outstanding employees on their promotions. Chad makes an excellent addition to the Commercial Banking team, and Angela and Colby are very deserving of their expanded roles.”
In addition to the three commercial lending promotions, Orrstown Bank also announced the recent promotion of Crystal Stine, CFMP, to AVP/Project Management and Marketing Officer.
Ms. Stine joined Orrstown Bank in July, 2006 and became a member of the Marketing Department approximately one year later. Prior to her latest assignment, Ms. Stine served in the Marketing Department as Corporate Communications/PR Officer for the Company. In addition to her marketing duties, Crystal will be responsible for the successful implementation of special projects.
Ms. Stine received her undergraduate and Master’s degrees from Villanova University and has also earned her ABA Marketing Diploma and Certified Financial Marketing Professional designation.
Mark Bayer, Vice President, Marketing Director commented, “Crystal has taken on progressively more challenging assignments during her tenure, has proven she is capable of handling additional responsibilities, and is well deserving of this promotion. I look forward to her contributions as we prepare Orrstown Bank for the next 92+ years.”
Michelle Paulnock, Senior Vice President, Operations at Orrstown Bank announced the promotion Tim Holder to Loan Operations Manager. Tim began his career with Orrstown Bank in 2006. Throughout the years Tim has held the roles of Teller, Customer Service Representative, and participated in the Management Trainee Program. Tim most recently served as Project Manager for the Company’s MCIF/CRM system, Insight. Tim is a graduate of Chambersburg High School, attended Elizabethtown College and is currently attending PBA Advanced School of Banking.
Holder’s new role as Loan Operations Manager resulted in Reed VanDerlyke’s promotion to Insight Project Manager. Reed began his career with Orrstown Bank as a Management Trainee in May of 2011. He previously worked for Avaya, Inc. as an IT Service Management Specialist. Reed recently received a Masters in Business Administration from Shippensburg University and also obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems from Elmira College
Paulnock commented, “Tim quickly learned and facilitated the implementation of Phase 1 of Insight and led a diverse team of individuals with success. His project management, technical, collaboration skills and experience will serve him well in his new role as Loan Operations Manager, and Reed’s vast knowledge and experience will serve him well as he takes on his position as Insight Project Manager.”
