Medical Doctor, Dentist & Veterinarian Loan Options

Program Features May Include:
Financing up to 100% loan-to-value (LTV) for qualified borrowers
No private mortgage insurance (PMI)
Loan amounts up to $2 million, subject to program limits and qualification requirements
Gift funds may be used toward eligible closing costs
Seller contributions toward closing costs may be permitted, subject to program guidelines and limits
No prepayment penalties
Eligible physicians, dentists, and veterinarians must provide an unconditional employment contract with a start date within six months of settlement and meet all program qualification requirements. Additional requirements, including minimum credit score, income, property, occupancy, and underwriting standards, apply. This program is available for eligible owner-occupied properties only.
