Card Control Management (SecurLOCK Equip)
When it comes to security, Orrstown Bank has you covered. Our SecurLOCK Equip Tool—available exclusively to consumer clients—puts you in charge of how you use your Orrstown Debit Card.
To enroll in SecurLOCK Equip, follow the steps below:
Download the "SecurLOCK Equip" app directly to your mobile device:
- Tap "Sign Up Free," and follow the prompts to enter your debit card number, CVV, address, and the last four digits of your SSN (or DOB) to verify your card.
- Create a username and password to complete your setup.
Key Features for Users (via SecurLOCK Equip App):
- Card Controls: Turn your card on or off instantly, block purchases and cash advances.
- Location Controls: Restrict card use to specific geographic areas.
- Merchant/Transaction Controls: Limit where and what type of transactions (e.g., online, international) can occur.
- Real-Time Alerts: Get instant notifications for card activity.
- Business Use: Manage employee spending with specific controls.
Online Banking Alerts
Online Banking alerts provide a quick and easy way for you to stay on top of your account activity. Sign up to receive any of these types of alerts:
- Events: Keeps you aware of account activity triggered by certain events
- Balance: Triggered by certain account balances going above or below a target amount
- Item: Triggered by checks clearing
To sign up:
- Sign into Online Banking
- Click “Menu.”
- Click "Settings"
- Click "Alerts
- Click "New Alert" button
Sign up for Paperless Statements
Orrstown offers electronic versions of your account statements and other pertinent account documents. Once enrolled in electronic document delivery, these documents are published to and accessible from our online banking or mobile app.
Here’s how to enroll:
- Sign into Online Banking
- Click “Menu.”
- Click “Statements & Documents” from my menu.
- Click “Get Code.”
- This will download a PDF with a 4-letter code (example below, actual code will vary).
- Enter code as it appears in the PDF in the box labelled “Enter Code”, then click “Verify” to accepts the Terms and Conditions.
