What is the income cap for First Front Door, single and married or 2-person household?
For Cumberland and Dauphin counties, a single-person household is $59,050 or a 2-person household is $67,450. In Lancaster County the limits are $58,200 for a single-person household or $66,500 for a 2-person household.
Are these the same income caps for the Community Reinvestment Program?
Yes, the same income caps apply.
What is the biggest hurdle people face during this process?
The biggest hurdle is the housing inventory and finding the perfect home and getting your offer accepted. Don’t give up!
How long does a pre-approval last?
It lasts 4 months, which is when the credit would expire on the pre-approval. We can update the pre-approval for you if it expires.
